Please note that for customers from far abroad countries, we ship orders excluding taxes and duties of your country of residence. Orders without payment are held in the showroom for 3 days from the date of processing.
RETURN POLICY:
If the item doesn't fit in terms of size, style, dimensions, shape, color, or configuration, we're happy to accept returns within 14 calendar days (for in-store purchases) and within 7 calendar days (for online purchases), excluding the purchase day.
A product of proper quality is one that retains its consumer properties and appearance, with no signs of wear and tear, while the original packaging and tags remain undamaged.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Before making a purchase, carefully review the Return Policy for international orders.
Please note that international orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for exchange or return due to the lack of re-importation to Russia in connection with the political situation. Please carefully select the size, color, and quantity before purchasing, and refrain from buying if you do not agree with our Return Policy. Returns and exchanges are only possible for the following countries: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan.

If you are in Russia and are dissatisfied with or need to return an item purchased online:

· Fill out the return form included in the online order. Place the return form with the items back into the original packaging (bag/box).

· For returns of proper quality items, the BUYER PAYS FOR SHIPPING.
· You can arrange an online return at our showroom located at Chistoprudny Boulevard 23, Building 1. To do this, you'll need to fill out a return form and bring the return order yourself. Note: Refund will only be made to the card specified in the return form; cash refunds are not available.
· The actual shipment date by courier/mail or the return to the showroom must be NO LATER THAN the 7th day from the order's receipt date.
· The processing and approval time for returns at the ARAPKHANOVI warehouse is 1 to 4 working days.
· Refund methods:
· For online payments, the refund will be made to the card used for payment (bank details are not required).
· For payments made to the courier with COD (cash or non-cash), the refund will be made to the individual's bank details specified in the return form.
· RETURN FORM (TO BE FILLED OUT)
· After the return is approved, we will transfer the funds to your card or bank account within 1 to 3 banking days. To facilitate this, please provide complete details for the money transfer in the return request. Please note that the refund process depends on the speed of the transaction processing by your bank and may take up to 30 banking days.
· The refund is processed minus the amount paid for delivery when placing the order.
· If you are outside Russia and are dissatisfied with or need to return an item purchased online:

· Fill out the item return form (you can print it from the website).

· If you are dissatisfied with or need to return an item purchased in the showroom:
· Visit the showroom where the purchase was made within 14 days from the purchase date.
· A return requires a passport and a sales receipt. In the case of non-cash payment, you also need to have the bank card used for the purchase.
· Fill out the return form.
· After the return is approved, we will refund the money in the same method you used to pay for the purchase. In the case of non-cash payment, the funds will be transferred within up to 30 banking days. Please note that the refund process depends on the speed of the transaction processing by your bank.
